Lakota Water Company is a subsidiary of Rossing’s, Inc., a corporation established in 2002 for the purpose of meeting residential and commercial water treatment needs and specializing in the installation of rainwater collection systems.  Lakota Water Company respects your right to privacy protection while using this website.  We have created this privacy policy in order to explain what information we gather from your visit to this website and how such information may be used.

1.    COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION

As a general policy, Lakota Water Company does not request or collect personally-identifiable information on this website.  However, if you wish to obtain additional information about water treatment services or rainwater collection installation or services, you will be asked to provide certain personal contact information (such as your name, email address, telephone and facsimile number, etc.) in order to process your request.  Such information is intended only for Lakota Water Company use.

Lakota Water Company will not give, sell, or otherwise transfer email addresses supplied to this site to any other party for the purposes of initiating, or enabling others to initiate, electronic mail messages.
