Annual Service Agreements

Protect Your Water, Protect Your System

Lakota Water Company offers optional Annual Service Agreements that include quarterly visits. These visits provide consistent care throughout the year instead of relying on a single annual checkup.

Over the years, we’ve discovered far too many unsafe or costly issues when systems go long periods without inspection:

  • Power surges burning out UV lamps
  • Critters chewing through wiring
  • Slow leaks saturating pump houses
  • Equipment failure from age or weather
  • Freeze damage to unprotected components

Our goal is simple: catch small issues early, before they become major, expensive repairs & ensure your water stays safe and reliable all year long.

Custom-Built for Your System

No two rainwater systems are alike, and we believe your service plan shouldn’t be either. Every Lakota Service Agreement is entirely custom to you and your system.

What we customize:

  • Service tasks based on your tank, filtration, treatment, and controls
  • Visit frequency aligned with your usage and regional conditions
  • Special considerations for freeze protection and seasonal demands
  • Optional add-ons for unique site layouts or equipment

You receive a plan designed specifically for your system’s needs. Never a generic, one-size-fits-all contract.

What We Typically Inspect & Service

Each custom agreement is tailored, but a standard quarterly visit may include:

  • Inspecting the tank, guttering, pumps, and visible equipment
  • Servicing components based on age or condition
  • Backwashing the recirculation system
  • Checking the ozone generator
  • Emptying the filter basket
  • Collecting water samples for annual testing
  • Inspecting winterization and freeze protection
  • Performing all standard Lakota maintenance procedures, now more proactively

After each visit, you’ll have a clear understanding of your system’s health and any recommended next steps..

What We Typically Inspect & Service

We’ll review your system, discuss your goals, and create a plan that keeps your water safe and your system performing at its best year-round.
