Alan Rossing

CEO & Co-Founder

Alan has over 40 years of water treatment experience, including industrial- and commercial-grade water production, installation, design, and treatment of large-scale water systems. His expertise spans systems for nuclear power plants, semiconductors, and bottled water manufacturers.

Amy Rossing

COO & Co-Founder

Amy brings over 40 years of experience from the legal and HR professions to Lakota Water Company. She oversees all administrative and business operations, including scheduling, inventory, client relations, and HR.

Michael Sellars

Field Manager

Michael joined Lakota Water Company as a Field Manager on January 6, 2025. Originally from McAllen, Texas, he brings years of water treatment experience and leadership to the team. Michael oversees the crew and project management, ensuring efficient and effective implementation of water systems.
